The ISSADS Conference aims to provide a forum for engineers and scientists in academia and industry to present new results and discuss the state of the art in the field of distributed systems. Special attention is given to cooperating systems, self organizing systems and adaptive algorithms. The ISSADS will feature contributed as well as invited papers concerned with theory, practice and applications.

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that demonstrate original unpublished research pertaining distributed computer systems. The topics of ISSADS 2004 include, but are not limited to:
